How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
Our candles are crafted using a luxury coconut soy wax blend for a clean, even burn. Each candle is finished with a wooden wick and poured into a refined matte glass vessel for a modern, elevated look.
We also have a limited selection of 100% soy candles as we transition our collection.
Are your candles clean?
We use a luxury coconut soy wax blend with phthalate-free fragrance oils and high-quality ingredients. While no candle is completely “non-toxic” when burned, we focus on creating a cleaner, more refined burn you can feel good about in your space.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies slightly by vessel, but most candles burn approximately 40 to 60 hours when properly cared for.
Do you still offer bath products?
We are currently phasing out select bath products as we continue to refine and evolve our product line. You’ll still find a curated selection of body shimmers, hydration sprays, and room + linen sprays.
Can I send this as a gift?
Yes. Our packaging is designed to feel elevated and gift-ready. You can also include a note at checkout for a more personal touch.
CANDLE CARE
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
Allow the wax to fully melt across the surface on the first burn to prevent tunneling. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and burn for 3 to 4 hours at a time.
Are your fragrances Phthalate Free?
Yes, all Lucille Lehr Co. fragrances are phthalate-free. This means our products are crafted with your health in mind, free from potentially harmful chemicals, and safe for your home and loved ones. It's part of our commitment to providing luxurious, clean scents you can feel good about.
Are wooden wicks different from traditional wicks?
Yes. Wooden wicks create a softer, ambient crackle and a more elevated burn experience. They may require an occasional relight, which is completely normal.
Are your candles and bath salts cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and ensure that our ingredients are sourced ethically.
How should I store my candles?
Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve their quality and fragrance.
Are your bath salts safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our bath salts are formulated with gentle ingredients suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we recommend patch testing before use if you have particularly sensitive skin or allergies. Should you experience any skin irritation while using our bath salts, we kindly recommend discontinuing use. Your well-being and comfort are our top priorities.
Can I customize the scent of my candles or bath salts?
At this time, we do not offer customization options for scents. However, we continually introduce new fragrances based on customer feedback and seasonal trends.
CUSTOM HATS + EVENTS
Do you offer custom hat experiences?
Yes. We offer custom hat shaping and styling experiences designed for private events, brand activations, and intimate gatherings.
What types of events do you offer?
We currently offer private hat shaping, paint and sip hat bar experiences, and fully customized event activations. Each experience is tailored to your group and vision.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and larger groups.
Is there a minimum group size?
Minimums vary depending on the experience, but most events are designed for small to mid-size groups. Whether you're planning something intimate or a larger gathering, including corporate events, we’ll help tailor the experience to fit.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. We offer on-location experiences throughout the Central Coast and surrounding areas. If your event is outside of that range, we’re happy to travel with a small travel fee based on location.
Can guests bring their own hats?
Yes, depending on the experience. We’ll guide you on what materials work best and what to expect when customizing your own hat. We can also fit, clean, and reshape most hats, helping bring new life to pieces you already love.
