Lucille Lehr Co. Return Policy

At Lucille Lehr, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your product, we're here to help.

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, discontinued items, or limited-edition releases.

  • How to Start a Return:
    To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care team at hello@lucillelehrco.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping fees are not covered, and items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include photos and a detailed description so we can assess the issue and make it right.

  • Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items are non-returnable, including used or opened candles, bath salts, and body shimmers. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care products once they have been opened. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Exchanges:
    To exchange an item, return the original item following our return process, and place a new order for your desired product.

  • Refunds:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at hello@lucillelehrco.com.

  • Order Cancellations:
    We can accommodate cancellations within 4 hours of placing your order. Contact us at hello@lucillelehrco.com for assistance.
